Creative Team

The creative team is the adhesive in our productions.  The artists that bring together the pieces of a production, the set pieces, the script, the actors, the score and make it sparkle.  The process used to select our Directors is somewhat different than many other theatres.  We set up our schedule highlighting the genre of shows for the selected period.  We then allow a Director to bring forth a show or a few shows for which they feel some passion.  We interview the Directors and allow their vision to be represented.  After the interviews, we meet with the season selection committee and determine which shows best represent our season.   At that time the Director is offered the position and we are ready to announce our season.  This is done at our Annual Summit Theatre Gala, usually scheduled for the Fall.
